How to cook pasta “

Everyone has long known that pasta is a favorite dish of Italians. But the Macaron Homeland is not Italy, but China or Indonesia, although the name is borrowed from the Italian language.

At first glance, it seems that making pasta is easy, but a little trick is still present.

So that the pasta does not turn into a sticky lump, which remains only to throw out, you should firmly remember the following.

Macarone products are lowered only into boiling water or milk. There should be enough water, otherwise, again, the pasta will turn out with sticky. Pour more water into a pan of water. Wait for the water to boil and pour 1/3 tablespoons of salt. Then you can lay pasta.

First, dry pasta measured in portions (portion – one handful) in a deep plate. Then fall asleep into boiling water and stir with a tablespoon (otherwise the pasta will quickly stick to the bottom).

Macarone should be stirred periodically during cooking. You need to cook over medium heat within 15 minutes. So that the pasta does not “run away”, do not close the pan with a lid. The readiness of pasta is checked by testing. Several pasta are caught and tasted or cut in half with a knife. If they do not stick to the knife, while they are easily cut and have an elastic consistency, then the product is ready. Time for cooking noodles or vermicelli is required slightly less, within 10-12 minutes.

After cooking and readiness, pastes are tipped over in a colander. Then, the pasta is washed with water, without taking out of a coachman. If you are going to fry right away, then it can be washed with cold water from a tap or boiled hot water from a teapot.

To fry boiled pasta, you need to put a pan on the fire, put a piece of margarine or butter there. After margarine or oil melts, carefully overturn pasta from a smoor. During frying, the pasta must be carefully mixed so that they do not burn, and at the same time fried.

Pasta that were cooked in a pan is also a finished product and you can eat it. As a rule, pasta is used as a side dish, but sometimes it can be an independent dish.
